| Peter Veenhof | | | | Managing Director (1961) Peter holds an Msc in Geology from Utrecht University and joined Shell in 1985. He worked in the UK, Turkey, NL and Malaysia in various technical exploration and development related functions. In 1998 Peter joined Clyde Petroleum in The Hague, working on New Ventures and Exploration. In 2001 Peter became the Exploration Manager for Conoco and subsequently Wintershall Noordzee, in The Netherlands, and was responsible for a high-activity portfolio across the UK, NL, Germany and Denmark. During this period, Peter was responsible for many discoveries, mainly offshore NL. In June 2007 he joined Dyas as New Ventures Manager.
e-mail: pveenhof@shv.nl | | | | Hans Tijssen | | | | Dyas Supervisory Board (1947) Hans holds an Msc in Business Administration from the Erasmus University Rotterdam. He joined SHV in 1978. From 1982 to 1997 he held general management positions in several SHV LPG trading and distribution companies. During a period of ten years he worked as General Manager in Austria, Italy and Germany. In 1997 Hans was appointed Dyas Managing Director. During his 10 years as Managing Director Hans more than doubled the Dyas portfolio, while expanding its activities to the UK Continental Shelf. Hans now has a supervisory role with Dyas and also sits on the Board of Delta Hydrocarbons S.A.

| Henk Goemans | | | | E&P Business Counsellor (1946) Henk holds an Msc in Petroleum Engineering from Delft University and started with Shell in 1975 in operational, reservoir engineering and co-ordinating roles in Brunei, Oman and NL. Joining Norsk Hydro in 1985, he was responsible for defining the alternative and subsequently adopted Reservoir Strategy for the giant Troll Field development. After heading Reservoir Engineering and the Njord Field development project in Norsk Hydro, he joined the Dyas management team in 1989. Henk worked on acquisitions and development projects across the world with his own Consultancy Firm next to growing Dyas from the asset base and through acquisitions.

He joined Shell in 1982 and was posted to locations such as Thailand, Colombia, London, Aberdeen and the Netherlands in Reservoir and Petroleum engineering management positions. During a large part of his career, he coordinated integrated field development teams on a variety of large and/or difficult oil and gas fields.During the latter period of his Shell career, he played an active role in the International Gas Union and contributed to various other gas storage international fora. Joost joined Dyas in 2006 as Technical Manager.

| Robin Tromp | | | | Senior Reservoir Engineer (1973) Robin holds an Msc in Petroleum Engineering from Delft University and started with Halliburton as logging engineer in Nigeria and Mexico in 1997. Late 2000 he joined BP in Aberdeen as petrophysicist. In his 8 years with BP Robin worked on several large North Sea oil and gas fields and moved into wider petroleum and reservoir engineering roles in which he played lead roles in reservoir management. He worked for a shortperiod with CNR International and Venture Production on various North Sea fields and was involved in reservoir management and acquisitions. Robin joined Dyas in 2010 as Senior Reservoir Engineer.

He joined Shell in 1990 and held technical and commercial roles in Scotland, The Netherlands, England and Norway. In 2010, Jeroen joined Dyas as Petroleum Engineering/Asset Manager.

| Heiko Balder | | | | Exploration Manager (1956) Heiko Balder holds an Msc in Geology from Utrecht University, graduating in 1981. After starting his oil industry career in Australia, Heiko joined Shell in 1983 in various Exploration and Development functions in Gabon, UK and Syria. In 1999 he became the Dyas Exploration Manager focusing on the Netherlands and UK and is actively involved in acquisitions, unitisation projects and field developments.

| | | | Robert Baurdoux | | | | Commercial Manager (1957) Robert holds an Msc in Petroleum Engineering from Delft University. He joined Shell in 1985 and held various operational, technical (exploration & production development) and commercial positions in Brunei, Norway, Oman and The Netherlands. In 2003 he took up a leadership role managing Shell upstream commercial activities across Europe. Since 2007 he was responsible for Shell's upstream M&A activities in The Netherlands. Robert joined Dyas as Commercial Manager in 2010.

| Marc Smit | | | | Business Development Manager (1967) Marc Smit holds three MSc degrees in: Theoretical Physics, Mathematics and Business Administration, all from Leiden University. He started with Shell in 1993 and held several reservoir engineering positions in the UK, NL, and Syria. His last Shell posting was in New Zealand as Head of Planning and Economics. After a short period as consultant with Horizon Energy Consultancy Partners, Marc joined Dyas in 2005 in a commercial capacity.

| | | | Georg Zielinski | | | | General Counsel (1971) Georg Zielinski holds a law degree from the University of Leiden. He started his career in 1996 as a lawyer in private practice in Curacao N.A. From 1999 until 2004 he worked in the corporate and m&a practice of the law firm De Brauw Blacktone Westbroek in the Netherlands. He then continued his career as an in house corporate transaction lawyer with Liberty Global and subsequently as Legal Director for Merck Sharp & Dohme. Georg joined Dyas in the position of General Counsel in 2008.

| Emile Hoekstra | | | | Chief Financial Officer (1969) Emile holds a Msc degree in Business Administration and Post-Masters degree in Controlling. He joined Shell in 1995 and held finance positions in the UK and NL in Exploration and Production, Oil products and Gas & Power. In 2001 he became the Finance Manager of Shell Aviation North Europe. In 2003 he became the global Planning & Strategy manager of Shell Aviation. The last four years Emile worked on M & A and LNG Project Finance deals in Nigeria, Russia, Algeria, Indonesia and India. In 2009 Emile joined Dyas as the CFO and is responsible for all finance matters within Dyas.

| | | | Tom Dekkers | | | | Financial Manager (1948) Tom was appointed Financial Manager of Dyas in 1992. After having worked in insurance for two years, he started his financial career in 1971 as part of the internal audit team of SHV, where he was active for seven years in auditing a variety of SHV companies. He moved to a financial staff position in SHV’s head office where he was responsible for the administration of a number of holding companies and business units. In 1985 Tom moved to SHV’s Oil and Gas Group and became responsible a.o. for the Dyas financial and administrative matters

| Likele de Boer | | | | Financial Controller (1981) Likele holds an MSc degree in Business Administration and the CMA/CFM degrees. Currently Likele is studying for the Executive Master of Finance and Control (RC) degree. Likele joint Dyas in 2009. He gained his finance experience when working on several projects as a financial consultant as well as in the automotive field. His last position was Business Controller with the Chrysler import organization in the Netherlands where Likele guided the organization through the split-off from Daimler and later the Fiat-led takeover.

| Fred Fortuin | | | | Financial Accountant (1970) Fred joined Dyas in 2002 as Financial Accountant. In this position he is responsible for the daily financial administration. He gained his financial administration experience working for AT&T/Lucent, plus an accountancy firm where he obtained a broad experience in financial administration for various companies of different types of business.

She has a very long working relationship with Dyas and in particular with its parent company SHV Holdings N.V. During her more than 30 years of service for the company she worked as a secretary in various departments within SHV Holdings, including the secretariat of the late chairman of the supervisory board of SHV Holdings N.V., Mr. Paul van Vlissingen.

| Angelika Hilt | | | | Secretary (1951) Angelika started to work for Dyas as a secretary and data base manager in 1985. Her task is two-fold, support of the company secretariat and end responsibility for company technical archive. Since 1996 she works for Dyas on a part-time basis. Prior to her engagement with Dyas Angelika worked as an executive secretary for SHV Holdings N.V. During the course of her professional career she has also worked for several international companies in various industries in The Netherlands and Germany.
