With a track record of over 40 years, a lean organization and shareholder structure that enables quick reaction to opportunities, Dyas is well placed for further growth, especially in those areas that other (larger) players may consider mature. Growth of the non-operated oil and gas reserves is actively pursued, through the acquisition of equity in producing assets and development projects, as well as participating in relatively low risk exploration close to existing facilities. Primary focus will be on growing the asset base in the North Sea arena. To increase the number of potentially attractive investment projects, opportunities outside the North Sea will also be reviewed.
